Thomas J. Mckinney was born in San Diego and grew up in North County (Vista) and received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University. He attended California Western School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in 2001. Tom passed the bar in July 2001 and opened his office in August of 2002 where he focuses on representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy.
